Brucato Amaros are delicious served neat or on the rocks. But there are other simple, traditional ways to use bitters. Try the following with any of our amaros…. in fact, try with all three and find your favorite combo!

All three expressions of Brucato Amaro were developed to be able to be seamlessly substituted into your favorite amaro cocktails.
Originals
We love tradition and the classics, but Brucato is also about innovation, and combining new flavors. Here’s a few cocktails we’ve whipped up.

Ingredients | Makes 4 Servings
3 cups of hot water
8 oz Fields Amaro
3 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon slices for garnish
2 oz honey (less for a drier drink)
Directions
Dissolve honey into hot water,
Stir in remaining ingredients,
Pour into four mugs,
Float a lemon slice on top,
For added fun and aroma, stud slice with cloves
Fields Hot Toddy
Ingredients | Makes 4 Servings
3 cups fresh pressed apple cider
8oz Orchards Amaro
Four cinnamon sticks
A few cloves
Two slices of orange peel
Optional dried orange peel for garnish
Directions
Simmer cider with a cinnamon stick, slices of orange peel, and a few cloves for 15 minutes or longer,
Add 8oz Orchards Amaro,
Pour into four mugs and garnish with the cinnamon sticks and dried orange peel
Orchards Spiced Cider
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Brucato Fields
1 ½ oz mezcal
2 strips of lemon peel
Large cube of frozen espresso
Directions
Add lemon peel to a mixing glass filled with ice
Add Fields and mezcal, stir well
Strain into a rocks glass over espresso ice cube
Garnish with the second lemon peel
