At Bar Brucato, we highlight our favorite ingredients and producers across California with simple, sophisticated dishes that change with the seasons. After years of sharing meals with friends and families, pairing our amaros with the food and flavors we love, we took the spirit of those dinner parties and transformed it into Bar Brucato.

From our flagship amaros to seasonal liqueurs and aperitivos, our cocktails highlight natural, minimally processed ingredients selected for their exceptional depth and unique ability to define California's iconic landscapes through taste. We take the same approach in our kitchen, with menus that change often and where guests are invited to return for occasions big and small.

Our Mission district distillery is open for tours, and we invite you to taste, smell and experience Brucato in person. Learn more about what goes into every bottle, try new and experimental releases, and meet the people behind Brucato Spirits.

Complete your tour with a visit to our shop where customers have access to limited release spirits, custom merch, and bottles to bring home. Or head upstairs to our restaurant for a meal and cocktails at Bar Brucato.
