Macerated in California grape brandy, rested on toasted oak, and lightly sweetened with pure cane sugar, Fields is a celebration of the flavors that thrive in our fields — honoring the farming communities that grow our country’s food and steward our land. The result is a versatile amaro that shines on its own, over ice, or in cocktails that call for depth, character, and a touch of the unexpected.

Artichoke Leaf
Brings a savory, vegetal depth with a gentle bitterness that grounds the amaro. Its earthy complexity evokes traditional Italian bitter liqueurs while keeping the profile distinctly Californian.

Beet Root
Adds natural sweetness and an earthy richness that softens the bitterness, giving the amaro body and a deep, ruby tone. It contributes both flavor and visual character.

Fenugreek (Seed & Leaf)
Offers a warm, nutty, maple-like aroma from the seed balanced by the herbaceous green freshness of the leaf. Together they create an aromatic bridge between the savory herbs and the caramel notes.
Fields Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients
1 ½ oz Brucato Fields
1 ½ oz mezcal
2 strips of lemon peel
Large cube of frozen espresso
Directions
Add lemon peel to a mixing glass filled with ice
Add Fields and mezcal, stir well
Strain into a rocks glass over espresso ice cube
Garnish with the second lemon peel
Rolling Fields

Ingredients
2 oz Mission Gin
½ oz Fields Amaro
½ oz dry vermouth
2 slices of cucumber
Small pinch of salt
Directions
Muddle a cucumber with salt in a mixing glass
Add gin, Fields and vermouth, and fill mixing glass with ice and stir
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with floating cucumber slice
Chin Up

Ingredients
2 oz Mission Gin
4-6 oz Chilled Tonic Water
½ oz Fields Amaro
Directions
Garnish with mixed fresh herbs or lime wedge
Fill a highball or stemmed water glass with ice
Pour the gin over the ice, top with the chilled tonic water, stir gently
Pour Fields gently on top.
